- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 pkg. goat cheese
- balsamic vinegar, for dipping
Lay one slice of prosciutto flat on a cutting board or clean counter space. Place 1 tablespoon of Joan of Arc Goat Cheese with Fig on one end of the prosciutto and then roll the prosciutto into a cigar shape. Continue process with the remaining 5 pieces. Dip into balsamic vinegar.
