3 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 4-ounce logs Joan of Arc® Goat Cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
DirectionsCombine the herbs, lemon zest, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.
Form goat cheese into 1-inch balls (about 2 teaspoons each). Roll the cheese balls in the herb mixture to coat completely.
Spread on crostini and drizzle with olive oil.
